Qualifications: At ROSE we have a high standard of employee excellence. All teacher experience and education will be examined and considered, but most of all we are looking for staff who will be a best-friend to all of our students. Our staff are expected to physically get down to the child’s level, to get dirty along with the children, to respect and protect each individual child and to know the details of every students day. Multi-tasking is required for you to: teach through planning and play, look out for everyone’s safety at all times and keep the center clean throughout the day.
